Honey Wheat 5 Drawer Highboy

*The bottom of the drawer above has a shelf paper in it. I left it in because it was in good condition. Below is what the bottom of the drawers actually look like. The shelf protector can be removed easily if you wish to get rid of it, but hey if it aint broke don't fix it.* 

This is a real beauty in wonderful condition. Choice wood all over, just look at that lovely natural wood pattern. I believe the back is dated 1968. Lots of nice details on this one, lovely brass drawer pulls as well as  a divided middle drawer (the dividers are removable if you aren't into that sort of thing). Very sturdy, tremendous storage. The perfect combo of beauty and functionality.

Springfield Furniture Works Blonde Coffee Table

Nice small solid wood double decker coffee table, also called a magazine table. This lil' guy is 100% wobble free but it does have some obvious signs of wear, which I think gives the piece a cool patina, kinda shows it's age. I would date this piece to the late 50's or early 60's. The drawer in the center is double sided (one long drawer with a handle on each end) and can be removed completely to give the table a more open look.

American of Martinsville 5 Drawer Highboy Unfinished

I've had this American of Martinsville dresser in my workshop for a few months now, I just never seem to get around to refinishing it. I'm going out of town soon and want to free up some space in the workshop before I leave. This dresser is structurally solid as a rock.  All the parts are here, no missing knobs or drawer dividers. This is the perfect candidate for a funky paint job if you are into that sort of thing. You could also slap some stain on it and call it a day, do a full ground up resto or just leave it as it is. This was a high end piece when it was brand new, notice the burl wood inlay that backs the brass knobs. Both top drawers have dividers. A real nice piece that just needs a lil' Love.

Vintage Bookcase with Storage

Very cool solid wood bookshelf. The storage areas is concealed by two sliding doors. Perfect size for a small apartment. Very cool, very sturdy, very functional.

Chromecraft Pedestal Table

Awesome round pedestal table in the Herman Miller style. This guy is super sturdy and each leg end has an extender that will make the table stand solid even on uneven surfaces (i.e. old hardwood floors). When I found this piece it had an ill fitting glass top on it which I promptly trashed. That ugly glass top served it's purpose through the years and the table top is in very nice condition with very little surface ware.This table looks amazing and is super functional. Sits 4-6 people.

Broyhill Brasilia Credenza

Here is a beautiful, all original, Broyhill Brasilia Credenza-Buffet. Designed in 1962 this is one of the most iconic lines of furniture out there. It's in great condition for its age and is super sturdy. Uber cool and super functional with lots of space inside. One of my favorite pieces I have ever come across.

Bassett 9 Drawer Lowboy Dresser "The Avante"

Beautiful Bassett 9 drawer walnut lowboy. Very cool, VERY sturdy, and dated January 15, 1969 on the back. The top is in near perfect condition, the drawers are all solid wood and dovetailed on all corners. The drawers are also made of two types of wood, with blond sides and a red bottom. Very hip the way Bassett decided to play around with the wood color and patterns on this dresser. Nice select lumber on the end drawers. Great dresser in wonderful condition.

Danish Modern 5 Drawer Highboy

Beautiful and super sturdy. This solid wood highboy is a light walnut color, the top two drawers are adorned with a beautiful reflected onion dome pattern. The top has some surface ware but nothing major. Dovetails all around. Just a beautiful piece, built to last. I've never come across another one like it.

Late 1950's Industrial Desk

Cool late 50's industrial work desk. Has obvious signs of use and wear and tear as well as a slice in the top vinyl wood grain. This is another one of those mid century pieces designed to withstand a nuclear blast. Each corner of the desk has an adjustable extender so the desk sits solid even on uneven ground. This desk initially belonged to the Hertz Company located at 218 S. Wabash. I found some receipts as well as loss notices dated September of 1958 underneath the bottom drawer.
