Herman Miller by Charles Eames "Racetrack" Table

Here is a beautiful Herman Miller walnut "racetrack" table (ET 156) with a custom glass top. This table is in amazing condition, as you can from the photos. The wood top itself shows minimal signs of wear and the wear  becomes even more minimal with the addition of the quarter inch thick glass top. The glass top has very little wear and appears to have been added much later in the tables life. This table could easily sit 8 people and I don't think it would be a stretch to comfortably seat 10. At 8 feet long, its a great size for a large dining table or conference table.

This table was designed by Charles and Ray Eames for the "Eames Aluminum Group" series in 1964 and  was built in January of 1978. Structurally this guy is solid as a rock and 100% wobble free. The aluminum legs and pedestals are also absolutely crack/bend free. Just a remarkable example of the Eames's beautiful modern design and Herman Miller's excellent craftsmanship.

Delivery available to Downtown and North Side Residents for a small fee.

John Widdicomb Lowboy Dresser w/ Mirror

Mirror mounts in photo are completely removable.

Here is an amazing John Widdicomb break-front lowboy dresser with detachable mirror. Aside from some surface wear on the dresser top, this piece is in exceptionally nice condition. The dresser features nine deep drawers (four of which have removable dividers) and some of the most beautiful wood grain you can find. The mirror is removable and has mounts on the back side that allow you to hang it horizontally or vertically, elsewhere in your abode. T.H. Robbs and John Gibbings designed this set for Widdicomb and the boy did they get it right! Medium walnut in color with brass accents, this dresser is as solid Plymouth rock, and nearly as heavy. Don't let the wight scare you, with the mirror and drawers removed its just a 2 man job to get it from point A to point B. Built in beautiful Grand Rapids, Michigan in the mid 60's.

Delivery available to Downtown and North Side residents for a small fee.

Richardson Nemschoff Armoire

Here we have an absolutely amazing Richardson Nemschoff "Black Walnut" armoire. This piece is as rare as it is beautiful. It's solid as a rock with tons of space inside. As you can see from the photos, this armiore is in wonderful, near mint, condition. The shelves on the left side are removable and/or adjustable. Built in Sheboygan, WI in the early 1960's this armiore is dripping with danish modern style. Without a doubt my favorite armoire to come through my shop thus far. I mean, look at that wood grain!

Richardson Nemschoff King Bed Headboard

The label in the photograph is from the lowboy, the beds label is identical.

So here is a really neat "Black Walnut" Richardson Nemschoff king bed headboard. As you can see in the photos the the wooden panels tilt out and lock into place, this way you can sit up in bed a little more comfortably. This headboard is in absolutely amazing, near perfect, condition and will bolt directly to any king bed frame, old or new.

If you do not have a king bed frame you are free to take the one in the photo (the other half is off camera) though it's not in the best condition.

Blond Kroehler Lowboy

Here is a very cool late 50's Kroehler 9 drawer lowboy. I have listed this piece as unfinished as I think this is the perfect candidate for a paint job. While this dresser has great lines and is solid as a rock the blond toned finish is starting to show its age. The wood on this piece was texture-cut, which you can see in photos 5 and 6.  The Formica top is in great condition as well. If you are looking for a small lowboy to put your custom touches on, this is it.
